Tasks

You will join our Dubai-based Tender Team and contribute to the development of accurate cost estimates and quantity take-offs in support of technical and commercial bids for major design & build and construction tenders in the GCC region. -Analyse tender documentation (drawings, specifications, BOQs) and identify cost-related risks and opportunities. -Collaborate with design, procurement, and planning teams to gather relevant data and inputs. -Support pricing strategies and value engineering solutions to optimize competitiveness. -Maintain updated cost databases and support post-tender negotiations when required. -Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for multi-disciplinary construction projects. -Participate in bid reviews, clarifications, and submission processes.

What You Bring

We are looking for a talented and motivated Quantity Surveyor eager to grow within a dynamic and international fast-paced environment. -Minimum 8 years of experience in pre-contract/tendering roles within the construction industry. -Strong analytical and numerical skills, attention to detail. -Experience in the UAE & GCC region is preferred. -Proficiency in quantity take-off software. -Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus. -Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
