Tasks

-Manage remediation crews to ensure progress and compliance of job -Provide solutions to homeowners in a time of need -Meet with homeowners for in-home appointments (qualified leads are provided for you so no cold calling is needed) -Execute top-notch customer service as a Sales Operation Manager -Work remotely to meet with homeowners to determine the scope of work and provide estimates. -Process all documentation and ensure it is completed in a timely manner -Monitor job status and communicate job status with customers, company management, and insurance carriers -Ensure to respond within one hour of receiving a notice for new jobs

What You Bring

-Stable work history with a strong work ethic -Experience in Water Mitigation preferred -Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record. -High school diploma or equivalent required. -Computer skills are required with the ability to learn new systems. -Ability to pass a drug screen and background check. -Must be able to pass a drug screen and have clear criminal background check -Sales experience required -Valid driver’s license -Willing to be on call during nights and weekends as part of a rotating schedule -Proficient in technology and dealing with equipment and software -Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays
