Overview

Assist and learn to repair heavy equipment as an apprentice technician.

Tasks

-Repair Caterpillar and other brands of equipment for our customers in a timely and economical manner -Diagnose mechanical, electrical and electronic problems using Caterpillar testing equipment -Ensure our internal and external customer needs are met in an efficient, knowledgeable and professional manner in a positive, engaging environment of teamwork, career development and lifelong learning for opportunities across our business. -Prepare service reports and service documentation in an accurate and timely manner

What You Bring

-Currently enrolled, or completion of a Post-Secondary Heavy Equipment Technician program -Minimum high school diploma -Demonstrate safe, environmentally sound and healthy work behaviors at all times in support of Toromont’s Health and Safety Policy, Programs and initiatives
