The Role

Overview

Leads and manages environmental investigation and remediation projects in Texas.

Tasks

-Manage projects including key responsibilities for scheduling and coordination of project resources to meet client and organizational needs. -Assist with the preparation of proposals, cost estimates, and with marketing activities. -Participate in the development of junior staff and work with senior management to continue to grow as a consultant and leader of the firm. -Ensure that individual task schedules, budgets, and client invoicing are performed in accordance with Company standards and client requirements to complete project work. -Coordinate and provide quality control for data collection and review of project results, including the reduction of field data to evaluate and determine future client needs and project requirements. -Interpret data, develop, and finalize a report for Project Principal’s review that appropriately documents findings and project remediation recommendations.

What You Bring

-Minimum of 7 years of environmental consulting experience in the real estate space in Texas, including expertise working under relevant TRRP regulatory programs. -Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical field. -Demonstrated project management skills. -Proficient written and verbal communication skills. -Experience designing and managing site/ remedial Investigation activities and performing hydrogeologic interpretation and development of conceptual site models. -Ability and willingness to support the technical growth of project/staff level professionals based on direct hands-on interactions. -Proficient in performing senior level interpretation work including remedial cost estimates, future remedial measures selection, and costing. -Holds professional certification as applicable (P.G./LSP/LSRP/ CIH / CSP , etc.), or absent certification, a minimum of 7 years working with a licensed professional in applicable discipline. -Experience interacting with clients and regulatory agencies. -Advanced data evaluation and analytical skills.
