Tasks

Perform routine preventative maintenance, system cleaning, and leak detection Respond to emergency service calls and customer inquiries with professionalism Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals Diagnose and repair issues with compressors, evaporators, condensers, TXVs, and refrigerant circuits Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and internal team members Ensure compliance with EPA regulations and OSHA safety standards Maintain accurate service records, refrigerant logs, and parts usage Install, inspect, and service commercial refrigeration equipment, including walk-in boxes, ice machines, undercounter units, and display cases Troubleshoot and service low-temp, medium-temp, and high-temp systems -Maintain accurate service records, refrigerant logs, and parts usage -Diagnose and repair issues with compressors, evaporators, condensers, TXVs, and refrigerant circuits -Install, inspect, and service commercial refrigeration equipment, including walk-in boxes, ice machines, undercounter units, and display cases -Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and internal team members -Troubleshoot and service low-temp, medium-temp, and high-temp systems -Perform routine preventative maintenance, system cleaning, and leak detection -Respond to emergency service calls and customer inquiries with professionalism -Ensure compliance with EPA regulations and OSHA safety standards -Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals

What You Bring

3+ years of field experience as a commercial refrigeration tech (required) Familiarity with rack refrigeration systems, EMS controls (Emerson, Danfoss, etc.), and ice machine descaling/repair is preferred Valid Texas Driver’s License with clean driving record Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills Experience working with brands like Hoshizaki, True, Manitowoc, Heatcraft, Copeland, Carrier, and Hussmann a plus Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined or elevated spaces Universal EPA Certification (required) -Valid Texas Driver’s License with clean driving record -Universal EPA Certification (required) -Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills -Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined or elevated spaces -Experience working with brands like Hoshizaki, True, Manitowoc, Heatcraft, Copeland, Carrier, and Hussmann a plus -3+ years of field experience as a commercial refrigeration tech (required) -Familiarity with rack refrigeration systems, EMS controls (Emerson, Danfoss, etc.), and ice machine descaling/repair is preferred
