Tasks

-Lead an ambitious, talented team within a consultancy known for design excellence and technical rigour. -Leading and developing a team of Project Managers-from assistants through to Project Director level-driving excellence and mentoring future leaders. -Setting the tone for culture and leadership, fostering a collaborative, motivated and high-performing team at a pivotal stage of the company’s evolution. -Providing deep contracts expertise, particularly in JCT and NEC, supporting junior team members and ensuring robust governance. -Work across a diverse range of high-profile, sector-spanning projects, not confined to any one area. -Driving business growth through strategic thinking, commercial acumen and proactive client engagement.
