Tasks
-Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and end users in the domain. -Analyze and document current and future state business processes, including workflows, handoffs, and dependencies. -Define and articulate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the application portfolio within the assigned domain. -Lead roadmap planning sessions with business and IT stakeholders. -Serve as the domain solutions expert, bridging business needs with technology capabilities. -Serve as a translator between technical and business teams, ensuring requirements are actionable and well understood. -Promote standardization and reuse of processes and integrations within the domain. -Facilitate governance forums to align priorities, manage dependencies, and resolve conflicts. -Oversee release readiness, patch testing, and cross-functional enablement activities. -Coordinate pilots, phased rollouts, and domain-specific change management. -Act as a voice of the customer, gathering feedback across applications and translating it into actionable improvements. -Act as a thought leader within the domain, influencing decision-making and establishing frameworks for application governance. -Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process-mapping sessions to capture needs and validate solutions. -Prioritize initiatives across applications, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business goals. -Ensure documentation, SOPs, workflows, and training materials are maintained across applications. -Manage application backlogs, enhancements, and upgrades across multiple platforms. -Gather and document business requirements across multiple stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment. -Monitor adoption, performance, and KPIs across the portfolio to inform enhancements. -Manage escalated application issues and partner with support teams to resolve them. -Articulate business value for initiatives by connecting solution capabilities to measurable outcomes (e.g., productivity, cost savings, risk reduction).

What You Bring
-Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. -Strong understanding of application lifecycle management, integrations, and system dependencies. -Demonstrate readiness for future people leadership by helping shape role expectations, participating in hiring discussions, and modeling leadership behaviors. -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field experience. -Skilled in leading workshops, presenting to leadership, and creating clear solution documentation. -Proven ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment with minimal supervision, while adapting to shifting priorities and evolving business needs. -Demonstrated business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and articulating business value. -Familiarity with construction technology platforms, including Autodesk Build and self-perform solutions such as Clearstory, FieldMaterials, HCSS, as well as emerging robotics and automation technologies including Dusty Robotics (Plot), Canvas Robotics, Rugged Robotics, and Trunk Tools. -5–8 years of experience in enterprise application or solutions management, including 2+ years in a lead, senior, or portfolio-focused role. -Ability to connect business needs with technical capabilities, ensuring solutions are scalable and value-driven.
