Tasks

-Participate in interviews and presentations for new business opportunities -Prepare proposals and agreements -Conduct VT maintenance evaluations and acquisition surveys; prepare and present reports to clients -Provide guidance and mentorship to more junior consultants -Lead projects from planning through completion, including developing budgets, schedules, staffing plans, and quality standards -Oversee project schedules and ensure timely delivery of project milestones -Manage complex modernization projects and perform equipment surveys, bidding, submittal reviews, and construction administration, including field reviews

We support every phase of the process, including layout design, code review, modernization planning, and construction oversight. Whether it’s new construction or a retrofit, we tailor our approach to meet each project’s specific needs and constraints. -Minimum 5 years of experience in vertical transportation consulting
