Tasks
-Oversee the company’s social media and digital presence, ensuring consistent tone and brand identity. -Serve as Board Secretary, maintaining official records and ensuring compliance with governance requirements. -Coordinate internal announcements, newsletters, and employee engagement campaigns. -Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items for leadership and board meetings. -Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative and communication processes. -Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism. -Develop and implement internal communication strategies to enhance transparency, engagement, and alignment with company goals. -Support special projects and initiatives led by the leadership team. -Collaborate with HR and leadership to organize internal events, townhalls, and corporate gatherings. -Maintain effective filing, documentation, and office management systems. -Manage calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and correspondence for the leadership team. -Prepare communication materials such as press releases, media content, and corporate presentations. -Manage and execute corporate branding, marketing, and public relations activities. -Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the CEO and leadership team members. -Support initiatives that promote company culture, values, and employee recognition. -Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, and partners for communication and marketing projects.

What You Bring
-Knowledge of corporate branding, content creation, and social media management. -Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. -Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. -Minimum 5 years of experience in executive support, communications, or marketing roles—preferably in a corporate environment. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and digital communication tools. -Prior experience supporting senior management or board-level executives is highly desirable. -High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters. -Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels. -Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
