The Role

Overview

Assist Project Manager with project admin, permits, reporting and documentation.

Tasks

-Maintains updates of project correspondence, meeting minutes, and drawing logs in Procore -Compiles and distributes monthly owner billings -Works professionally with the Project Manager, Owners, Architects, Government Agencies, Subcontractors, and others involved in assigned projects -Handles all incoming phone calls and typing, mailing, and filing of all incoming/outgoing correspondence -Provides weekly updates and distribution of cost and labor unit reports -Prepares and enters subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders in Timberline and Procore and ensures proper distribution to subcontractors -Completes all requirements necessary to start up, track progress, and close out projects -Obtains required permits for each project

This ensures that no matter the scope — from $10K emergency repairs to $100K tenant improvements and $10M renovations to $100M+ new builds — we have the resources and expertise to consistently provide certainty of delivery, achieve project goals, and build strong, lasting relationships with our Clients. -Willing and able to visit construction site at least once during the course of each project -Self-starter who is well organized and reliable -Maintains general knowledge of and distribution proficiency to subcontractors, including but not limited to submittals, RFIs, RFPs, CORs, NOCs, and CDs -Willing to work as a team member to assist the team in critical deadlines and tasks -Willing to learn MHC procedures and be a member of the overall MHC team -Experience in Procore AND Timberline as well as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and P-6 scheduling software is desired; experience in Prolog or Expedition is similar and may be acceptable
