Overview

Perform unit turnover repairs and maintenance tasks for apartment community.

Tasks

-Assists with completion of work orders as needed. -Identifies areas or items in need of improvement or replacement and makes recommendations. -Performs turnkey operations, punches items including but not limited to -Assists with performance of preventative maintenance onsite. -Ensures all inventory items are in good working condition. -Installs ceiling fans, wall sockets and performs minor plumbing and electrical repairs. -Ensures timely completion of vacant unit turns.

What You Bring

-Apartment industry experience is preferred -Minimum 1-2 years of related experience -Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage time -High School diploma, or GED equivalency -Maintenance knowledge of painting, landscaping, apartment fixture repair/replacement is a plus
