Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Produce contractual KPI/performance reports for external and internal stakeholders, as required -Advise management on gaps in key data and make recommendations to improve the record-keeping or access to enable more informed decision making -Leading and/or delivering outstanding customer focused services -Effectively communicate complex analytical findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through presentations, reports, and visualisations -Working with internal and external partners to deliver projects and initiatives -Data analysis and reporting -Undertake data analysts to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to meet and exceed operational objectives including commercial and operational excellence -Work as part of the management team to advise and support delivery of local programmes and ensure continuous improvement based on evidence-led decision-making and recommendations -Managing complex projects and initiatives -Identify and collect relevant data from various sources, including internal systems, third-party tools, and market research in respect of service delivery performance, productivity, customer satisfaction and value for money -Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis, helping them make informed decisions and drive business growth

What You Bring

-Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights -Ability to identify and mitigate risks -Proficiency in data modelling and data manipulation. -Working knowledge of property related issues -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with, and influence, diverse teams and present findings to senior leadership -Proficiency in data visualisation tools (Power BI or similar) -Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. -Ability to analyse complex data from multiple sources and make clear evidence-based recommendations
