Requirements

• Degree in Building Surveying / Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of building pathology and compliance standards.
• Experience in residential and commercial surveys (ideal).
• High-spec equipment.
• Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Registered Building Surveyor / Chartered Engineer (or working toward).
• Organised, tech-savvy, and able to work independently.
• Empathy and professionalism—you’re not just inspecting buildings, you’re guiding people.
