Tasks
-Collaborate with sales representatives, operations, and engineering to ensure customer requirements are met. -Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities. -Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with commercial and operational standards. -Analyze firm level specification data, identify and communicate conversion opportunities to Regional Sales Managers and Sales Reps. Track projects for conversion confirmation. Build pipeline of active design projects to target Zurn Elkay new product specifications. -Develop and deliver dashboards, reports, and presentations to inform sales leadership. -Maintain and track sales funnel activities, ensuring data accuracy within CRM systems. -Identify and qualify leads using Dodge Pipeline, IRR, and other lead generation tools. -Lead weekly specification and funnel review meetings, collaborate with Sales Reps to optimize funnel progression and identify barriers. Collect and analyze feedback from Regional Sales Managers on funnel quality and lead effectiveness. -Own the start-to-finish quotation process including review, preparation, and submission of quotes.

-Analytical, results-oriented, and comfortable driving process improvements. -Strong communication skills with poise and influence across business functions. -Travel: up to 25% -Proven ability to own commercial tools and drive end-to-end funnel performance. -Bachelor’s degree preferred, in business, marketing or engineering. -3+ years of experience within account management, commercial operations, and/or quotations.
