-Recruiting support (phone interview, referral calls, etc.) -Respond to employee requests for information -PayNW – maintain employee records -Processing prevailing wage forms online for L&I -Maintaining complete confidentially of all payroll and employee related matters. -Employee training – scheduling, tracking of classes, certifications

What You Bring

-Ability to stay organized and on task in a fast paced environment while collaborating and maintaining communication with the team. -A pre-employment drug test and background check will be required. -Understanding of general payroll principles including deductions, overtime, taxes, etc. -Cross training for other office processing systems -A professional demeanor and punctuality
