Tasks

-Administering DBS, BPSS, and security clearance checks, including visa expiry reminders and renewals -Providing guidance on UK immigration enquiries and managing the HR Compliance queue in Oracle Service Cloud -Ensuring compliance with Home Office licences and undertaking internal spot checks -Delivering training and workshops on compliance topics such as Right to Work and the Settlement Scheme -Supporting Skilled Worker sponsorship procedures and processing certificates of sponsorship

What You Bring

-You have knowledge of immigration and employment law compliance -You're self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage a busy workload -You have strong communication skills and attention to detail -You're confident using Microsoft Office and HR systems such as Oracle -You have experience with right to work processes and the UKVI Sponsorship Management System
