Tasks

-Setup & Analyze Tender Primavera Schedules for APAC deliverables. -Contribute to, Implement and adhere to any policies or procedures defined and released by Global Scheduling Governance Team. -Responsible for system-related housekeeping and enhancement/upgrade testing for planning tools. -Work with various stakeholders (Engineering, Procurement, Delivery Teams, Project Teams, Tendering) to setup and prepare REMS Quotation & Backlog Execution Primavera Schedules in a good and timely manner. -Work closely with PMMs / Delivery Managers to ensure on-time delivery of their products and making each project/delivery successful. -Educate, Guide, Supervise and Grow other planners, as well as stakeholders. -Develop, Implement, Troubleshoot & Optimize workflow, processes & procedures revolving around planning tools to improve data quality and efficiency. -Provide guidance, supervision and feedback to other planners and stakeholders. -Coordinate schedule creation & integration of various regional schedules for APAC awarded projects. -Maintain good collaboration with Subsea Projects Team to improve information flow and cohesiveness. -Produce, Develop and Refine Planning Reports to engage and assist local Delivery Teams in strategic analysis and decisions. -Setup, Analyze and Report on Execution Project Schedules for APAC deliverables.
