Tasks
-Align engineering deliverables with project requirements to ensure accurate, on-time, and cost-effective execution. -Lead the design, set up, and launch of the new customer service facility, including order engineering, assembly, warehouse, logistics, and procurement functions. -Foster a high-performance culture built on accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning. -Establish and manage departmental budgets, cost targets, and performance objectives. -Own the full execution lifecycle – from project intake and engineering design through fulfillment and shipment – ensuring seamless coordination across functions. -Serve as the single point of accountability for order execution performance – including schedule adherence, cost control, quality, and customer satisfaction. -Develop and execute the operational roadmap to support $40M+ in annual revenue with scalability for future growth. -Implement workforce development initiatives to support skills growth and future capability needs. -Drive operational excellence through KPI management, lean methodologies, and continuous improvement practices. -Recruit, develop, and lead a multidisciplinary team across production, logistics, warehouse, and procurement functions. -Create and champion a “Safety First” culture, ensuring all employees adhere to safety policies, standards, and best practices. -Partner with project management, engineering, and field service teams to proactively address risks, improve delivery lead times, and enhance customer experience.

What You Bring
-Strong background in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies. -Demonstrated success in building and scaling operations, ideally including greenfield, startup, or transfer experience. -Proven track record in driving safety culture, quality programs, and customer-focused operations. -Excellent leadership, communication, and change management. -7+ years of experience leading operations in a manufacturing or logistics environment. -Experience deploying digital tools, automation technologies, or data-driven optimization strategies. -Familiarity with MV Switchgear products -Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, operations management, or a related field.
