Provide front‑desk concierge and porter services, handling guests, packages, security, and building upkeep.

Tasks
-Change light bulbs and help prepare units for new residents -Respond to safety or privacy concerns calmly and appropriately -Share branded materials and collect contact information -Greet residents and guests with professionalism and warmth -Maintain the laundry room, fitness center, and management offices -Prepare elevators and common areas for scheduled moves -Welcome prospective residents and alert the leasing team -Ensure smooth transitions with clear communication -Conduct lobby checks for lighting, music, scent, and overall atmosphere -Support leasing tours and resident events with a polished front desk presence -Track vendor and contractor activity and follow access procedures -Report any damage or safety issues to the Resident Manager -Sweep sidewalks, terraces, lobbies, and hallways -Use building systems to log tasks and report ongoing issues -Track service requests and amenity bookings -Announce visitors and manage deliveries with care -Respond quickly to spills, weather-related messes, or other safety hazards -Support the package room and inventory systems -Clean and polish floors, glass, mirrors, brass, and woodwork -Notify the Resident Manager of unscheduled move-ins/outs -Monitor building camera systems and logs -Log and organize packages and deliveries using digital tools -Manage visitor logs and help maintain accurate resident preferences -Keep the lobby calm, clean, and inviting -Maintain a composed and helpful presence

What You Bring
-High school diploma or equivalent -Ability to lift to 50 lbs and stand for long periods -1-2 years prior janitor, cleaner, or porter experience -Comfort using basic digital tools (logging systems, CRM platforms, Emails, MS Office tools etc.) -Deep clean as needed (carpet cleaning, grout scrubbing, waxing floors) -Experience 1-3 years in hospitality, customer service, or luxury properties is a plus -Light maintenance knowledge is a plus
