Tasks

-Conduct process interviews, workshops, and workflow assessments to understand current pain points and future goals. -Partner with teams to design streamlined processes aligned with compliance standards and operational strategy. -The Business Systems Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to identify, document, and prioritize business requirements and functional needs. -Support change management efforts to ensure system adoption, training, and sustainability. -Present findings, process designs, and improvement recommendations to leadership. -Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify areas for ongoing optimization. -Develop current- and future-state process maps using Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools. -Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and integration opportunities. -Support implementation of enterprise platforms such as ERP (NetSuite preferred), CRM, PLM, MES, and HRIS. -Timely delivery and adoption of implemented system changes. -Act as the communication bridge between technical and non-technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment. -Develop and maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials for end users. -Contribute to IT governance, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance. -Stay informed on emerging technologies and best practices in business systems management. -The Business Systems Analyst will work with IT and engineering teams on system configuration, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). -Translate business objectives into detailed functional specifications, technical requirements, and user stories.

What You Bring

-Experience using requirements and project tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps). -Familiarity with API integrations, data migration, and system interface design. -Accuracy and completeness of requirements documentation. -Business System Analysts should have proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). -Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. -Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving organization. -Familiarity with manufacturing data flows — BOMs, routings, work orders, costing, and quality data. -Improved reporting accuracy, user satisfaction, and system utilization. -Business System Analysts should have experience supporting ERP implementation or optimization (NetSuite preferred). -Basic scripting or automation experience (Python, Power Automate, SQL stored procedures). -Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills. -Knowledge of Lean manufacturing processes or data-driven process improvement initiatives. -Business System Analysts should have 3–7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role. -Experience with enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, PLM, MES, or HRIS (manufacturing environment preferred).
