Tasks
-Assist with execution of special projects as assigned -Maintain records, generate reports, and manage document filing -Answer, screen, and route incoming telephone calls to the appropriate personnel -Ensure accurate completion of onboarding forms -Maintain office cleanliness and organization, including restocking supplies and managing breakroom facilities -Coordinate and book travel arrangements and prepare related expense reports -Schedule and maintain conference room calendars -Schedule, organize, and support meetings, appointments, and planned office lunches -Act as the liaison with the property manager, vendors, and building services -Set up cubicles for new and transferring employees, including workstation preparation and supply coordination -Provide general administrative support across departments -Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages -Reconcile and submit accurate expense reports in a timely manner -Greet and assist all visitors in a friendly and professional manner

This role plays a key part in maintaining daily office operations, supporting team members, and upholding a positive and professional work environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a multitasking setting. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) -Professional phone etiquette and exceptional customer service skills -Strong organizational and multitasking abilities -High attention to detail and accuracy -Document management and payroll experience a + -Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative or receptionist experience -A minimum of a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required. -Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
