Overview

Manage and enhance ABB's global AIOps observability platform, integrating monitoring tools.

Tasks

-Configuration and management of integrations of monitoring sources (e.g. Dynatrace, Checkmk, Cloud native) with the platform -Configuration and management of outbound integrations of AIOps (ServiceNow, Snowflake, blue prism) -L3 support in case of technical issues -Management of development, support and configuration of the central AIOps platform (APEX)

What You Bring

-Deep understanding of Agile methodology and DevOps concepts -Experience with infrastructure scripting solutions – PowerShell, Python, or similar -ITIL 4 foundation certification is preferred -An extremely good technical understanding of working within a connected and distributed environment model of multiple applications -Experience working with Windows and Linux operation system environments -Excellent complex technical solving skills, the ability to think out of the box, and curious by nature. Scripting knowledge is important -Excellent documentation skills with experience of creating support documentation for users and the Operations Team -Evidence of improving proactive event management or other processes across a medium to large organizations -Deep understanding of container orchestration services -The ability to work with 3rd party and internal service providers who manage the application, system software and production infrastructure
