The Role

Overview

Drive sales, qualify buyers, and manage the sales process for new‑build homes.

Tasks

-Ensure show homes, marketing suites are maintained to the highest standard. -Keeps up to date with new thinking including legislation, economic conditions and technology. -Qualify and match prospective buyers to property types to maximize sales. -Provide weekly management updates, including sales progress and market feedback, to the Development Sales Lead and Regional Sales Manager. -Ensure all transactions comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including PMA, CML, H&S, Data Protection, and the New Homes Quality Code. -Encourages and supports people in the team, sharing knowledge and best practice. -Achieve sales targets at County Hall Kingston and managing all sales to exchange. -Work closely with internal colleagues, particularly the Development Sales Lead, Regional Sales Manager and Site team, to ensure a seamless sales process. -Communicates and negotiates persuasively- capable of influencing other assertively, building rapport with customers. -Manage site paperwork and administration, ensuring all records and reports are accurate and up to date. -Conduct local market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about the local competition on the market and customer demographics buying in the area. -Provide a professional, welcoming, and efficient service to all prospective purchasers. -Maintain and manage the CRM database effectively to track customer interactions and sales progress. -Proactively manage the sales process, ensuring timely and effective communication with purchasers.

What You Bring

-Able to remain calm and controlled under pressure. -Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the local area, amenities, and key selling points. -Understanding and acting upon customer needs to maintain company reputation. -Commercially astute with a good understanding of the market and competitors. -Experience of working in a customer facing sales environment, for example, retail, hospitality, banking, house building, estate agency. -An understanding of the home buying process and key milestones. -Excellent communication skills. -Able to build relationships across functions, internally and externally.
