Develop and implement maintenance and reliability improvement processes to enhance the performance and lifecycle of fleet assets.
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, Quality, and statutory training requirements across engineering operations.
Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives and support the implementation of a Centres of Excellence model across technical teams.
Create and execute a continuous improvement plan covering engineering processes, regulatory compliance, and technical communications (e.g., bulletins, updates).
Design and manage performance monitoring through the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational dashboards.
Establish and maintain robust systems for parts stock control, warranty and damage recovery, and repair tracking.
Lead and manage a structured repair and maintenance program, with a focus on high-value and high-utilisation (UTE %) assets, ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and adherence to service schedules.
Ensure the highest levels of product quality and operational availability, while maintaining optimal stock levels across the hire fleet.
Champion the technical skills development framework, including oversight of apprenticeship and training programs for engineering staff.

Financial cost control and budgeting experience.
Ability to source and analyse data and present results/recommendations.
Ability to recognise opportunities for process improvements and assist with implementing them.
Experience in Power service/technical coordination roles.
Local area knowledge desirable.
Proven Power operational and technical management experience of a large team across multiple sites.
