-High School Diploma preferred (GED or Certificate of Achievement will be considered on an individual basis) -Successful Interview with the program coordinator and Finning representatives -Completion of the Candidate Profile Package - with Northwestern Polytechnic -Physical Demands Testing (and Drug & Alcohol testing where required for site access) -Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident (Landed Immigrant) -Successful completion of the Differential Aptitude Test (DAT)
