Tasks

-Partner with cross-functional leaders to gain buy-in on sourcing initiatives through consultative influence and clear business case communication. -Establish sourcing KPIs, monitor compliance, and report on performance outcomes. -Develop and execute sourcing strategies that span across business units and indirect categories (fuel included but not the sole focus). -Analyze spend data, supplier performance, and market conditions to identify cost-saving and risk-mitigation opportunities. -Negotiate contracts and pricing to optimize value, quality, and service levels. -Serve as a trusted advisor who can “sell” recommendations internally while balancing competing priorities. -Champion change management efforts by helping internal partners understand and adopt new sourcing processes or supplier transitions.

This role requiring a blend of analytical rigor, stakeholder influence, and strong communication skills to deliver measurable business impact. -Demonstrated success driving change management and cross-functional collaboration. -8+ years of sourcing or procurement experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors. -Ability to travel across US and Canada up to 25%. -Ability to purchase Company stock -Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. -Excellent analytical and communication skills. -Strong negotiation and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to influence without authority. -Proven experience in enterprise-level indirect spend management. -Proficiency with SAP, Ariba, Power BI, and Excel preferred.
