Tasks

-Support project managers with client relations, stakeholder management, and sub consultant coordination -Coordinate and work with a team of project managers, design engineers, technicians, and support staff to successfully complete a variety of projects -Prepare studies, reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates for a wide variety of transportation projects -Take ownership of projects from start to finish -Design and analysis of freeways, interstate highways, interchanges, urban and rural roadways, and shared-use trails

What You Bring

-Experience with DOT's plan preparation procedures and standards -Hydraulics and traffic experience is a plus -Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients, staff, and management -Willingness to work on projects locally or in workshare with other offices -Experience with Federal Lands Highway plan preparation procedures and standards is a plus -Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university -15+ Years of Professional Experience Required -Excellent written and oral communication skills -Self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills -Knowledge and experience with Microstation, InRoads and/or Geopak, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and other applicable software common to the field of transportation engineering -Possess a proven history of meeting project deadlines and budgets -Professional Civil Engineering certification (P.E.)

Benefits
