Tasks

-Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety and security policies, completing weekly checklists and addressing any issues. -Market Awareness: Stay on top of local market trends and competition, collaborating with the Sales Development Manager to raise local awareness and convert leads into sales. -Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop your team, addressing any underperformance and motivating them to achieve high standards. -Profitability: Boost profitability by reviewing costs and adjusting stock levels, actively seeking sales leads and earning commissions. -Business Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and representatives from related industries. -Customer Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding customer service, guiding your team to do the same by identifying customer needs, offering alternatives, and negotiating for increased sales.
