Tasks

-Communicate regularly with team members and operation managers to keep project on schedule and meet client expectations -Coordinating and managing outside survey subcontractors -This position is responsible for building a team of survey technicians and managing client relations -Implementing QA/QC practices for final survey deliverables -Ensure compliance with company safety regulations -Developing fees and writing and reviewing proposals -Member of a survey team working within a group to meet schedules, client requests (internally and externally) and production expectations

What You Bring

-Complex problem-solving skills -Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (Registered in Kentucky) -A satisfactory motor vehicle report (MVR). -Valid driver's license and safe driving record -Judgment and decision-making skills -Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
