Tasks
-Ensure team member deadlines and commitments are met. Provide feedback to upper management on employee work performance. -Manage balance of workload to staff ratio. Provide recommendations for resources to ensure business needs are met. -Ensure compliance of organizational policies and procedures. -Coordinate job assignments and cross-training as needed. -Assist in onboarding and implementation of certified payroll processes. -Compile and review documents for third party / Government reviews, audits and inquiries, working in conjunction with the appropriate departments and the Labor Compliance team. -Direct oversight of day-to-day operations as it pertains to certified payroll reporting including Davis-Bacon, State/County/City Prevailing Wage, Apprenticeship, and workforce requirements. -Manage and schedule labor compliance training classes/seminar. -Direct oversight of proper integration to LCP Tracker, and other compliance monitoring software for reporting requirements. -Onboard and train compliance staff. -Monitor and stay abreast of applicable laws and regulations that might affect Swinerton’s policies and procedures. Provide solutions to ensure compliance is maintained. -Create and maintain healthy relationships with stakeholders.

What You Bring
-Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or related field or equivalent experience. -Effective interpersonal skills and professional telephone manner. -Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail and organizational skills. -Demonstrates analytical, organizational and time management skills. -Strong coaching and leadership skills. -Proficient written and verbal English communication skills, including business writing skills. -Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations. -Ability to work in a dynamic environment across the Swinerton organization. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and payroll software.
