The Role

Overview

Develop and deliver training, maintain documentation, ensure safety and quality in production.

Tasks

-Partner with safety and quality teams to deliver relevant training. -Train and coach employees in production roles, supporting their confidence and job success. -Maintain uniform assimilation of new equipment, processes, and products. -Ensure high-quality, calibrated training is delivered across all production sites. -Develop, update, and maintain standard work instructions and training documentation. -Support and implement consistent training practices across the production area. -Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams and support training-related projects. -Validate training effectiveness through the audit process and follow-up assessments. -Support organizational readiness by developing both yourself and others. -Maintain and update area Training Boards weekly with schedules and relevant information. -Provide documentation expertise for continuous process improvement (CPI) events and initiatives. -Communicate “best practices” and publish updates as needed. -Track and update individual employee training records as needed. -Follow all policies, procedures, ergonomic standards, and safety requirements.

What You Bring

We are seeking an Operations Trainer to support consistent, high-quality training across our production environment. This role is responsible for developing standard work instructions, training production employees, and ensuring training effectiveness through audits and documentation. The Operations Trainer plays a key role in maintaining safety, quality, and operational readiness within the organization. -Experience in operations, training, manufacturing, or production environments preferred. -High attention to detail with strong documentation and organizational skills. -Strong communication and coaching skills. -Familiarity with continuous improvement, safety procedures, and standardized work methods is a plus. -Ability to manage multiple projects in a cross-functional setting.

Benefits
