The Role

Overview

Conduct bioanalytical testing, manage QC data, and support deviation investigations.

Tasks

-Support QC Analytics with sample receipt and data management. -Initiate and support deviation/OOS investigations in MasterControl. -Initiate and support action item completion as assigned in MasterControl. -Initiate and support AQEM activities as assigned in MasterControl. -Perform routine bioanalytical testing and release of in-process, stability, and REACT Final Product samples as scheduled. -Execute routine and non-routine analysis, including raw materials, in-process items, and finished products according to established operating procedures. Techniques may include Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Kinetic Assays, Cell Counting/Viability, and Visual Appearance. -Author originals, revisions, and training on TSMs, SOPs, WRKs, Test Forms, and Protocols. -Follow Test Methods (TSMs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WRKs), and Protocols.

What You Bring

-Familiarity with bioassays and raw material test methods. -Knowledge of cGMP and understanding of GxP, good clinical practices, and FDA guidelines. -Experience in deviation handling, change control management, and OOS investigation. -Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. -3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biologics, microbiology, sterile manufacture, or medical device industry. -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. -Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in chemistry, biochemistry, microbiology, or related science. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting. -Knowledge of LIMS systems. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
