Tasks

Validate industry charges and ensure these are applied correctly to Brook Green Supply invoices where applicable Assist in creating and refining futureproof billing processes and controls Produce reports and provide regular updates on billing performance and exceptions Your role will play a key part in meeting the complex and diverse needs of our growing portfolio of industrial and commercial customers. Analysis and reconciliation will form a central part of your role, ensuring that all charges have been accurately calculated and we have the right data to inform our actions. Provide subject matter support to Commercial and Customer Relations teams when needed Resolve billing queries, discrepancies, and data mismatches quickly and efficiently Support system testing and process development in line with industry and system changes You will ensure that our billing processes run smoothly and accurately while helping to identify improvements and support the growth of our commercial operations.
