Overview

Manage and oversee water/wastewater construction projects from site to office.

Tasks

-Work with the senior construction manager as an integral part of the construction team. -Organize and track construction project performance and documentation to ensure our teams are tracking construction projects properly and maintaining required documentation. -Serve as lead construction manager on some projects while supporting teams in other projects. -Participate with engineering teams in the preparation of reports, studies, and calculations. -Conduct site visits to perform construction observation. -Review vendor information to assure compliance with specifications. -Prepare field observation review reports, change proposals, progress meeting agendas/summaries, verify quality assurance and control implementation, review and recommend pay applications, progress schedule review, assist with claims review and responses, and review submittals while fielding construction-related questions and keeping the owner informed of the project status.

What You Bring

-7+ years of relevant experience. -Knowledge of the use of construction management software such as ProjectSite. -Self-motivated, team-oriented, organized, and able to successfully multitask. -Outgoing and positive attitude, dependable, and committed to meet all assigned project deadlines. -Strong written and oral communication skills. -Proficiency in the use of construction management software such as ProjectSite. -Certified Associate Construction Manager (CACM), Certified Construction Manager (CCM), PMI Construction Professional (PMI-CP), or similar certifications. -Strong data analysis and technical problem-solving. -Experience in construction in the water and wastewater industry. -B.S. in Building Construction, Civil Engineering, or related construction management or engineering discipline.
