Tasks

-Manage day-to-day operations of car park applications and digital services, which include processing and following through with customers’ requests and queries -Assist in development and enhancement of car park application services and IT systems, including testing -Assist in business process review to ensure excellent customer service delivery -Assist in investigating, handling and replying to appeals and complaints on car park application services -Assist in ad hoc projects and provide administrative support to Application Services Unit

What You Bring

-A good diploma in any discipline -Good digital skills. Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI and/or RPA will be an added advantage -2 years of relevant experience and knowledge in areas such as customer service and/or system upgrades/implementation -Good writing, analytical and communication skills -Ability to work independently as well as in a team, with an aptitude for computer/system-related work
