Coordinate and track reactive maintenance tasks using CAFM, analyze data, and support reporting.

Tasks
-Identify and report on KPI risks, failures, and improvements. -Provide general administrative and coordination support to the A&E operations team. -Collaborate with teams to keep asset databases and onsite records up to date. -Prepare and analyse performance data for monthly dashboards and trend reporting. -Support contractual reporting and audit processes, ensuring accuracy and transparency. -Coordinate and manage all reactive maintenance through CAFM systems and databases. -Monitor and triage KPI-driven maintenance tasks to support operational delivery and reporting. -Maintain meticulous electronic and paper filing systems for audit-ready compliance.

What You Bring
-Strong numerical and analytical skills — you love working with data, logic, and stats. -Able to work onsite fulltime as no WFH is available with this post -Advanced proficiency in Excel and O365, -Experience with CAFM systems (e.g. Concept Evolution). -Able to gain MoD security clearance -Excellent communication skills — you can turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
