Tasks

This role will lead improvements across accounting, financial controls, reporting, and systems - helping design and embed processes that ensure a high-performing, efficient finance team. -Strengthen internal controls, processes, and financial governance -Lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting -Oversee day-to-day accounting, monthly close, and financial reporting -Partner with project teams on project/asset accounting and financial compliance -Manage and develop a small finance team

What You Bring

-Strong technical accounting capability and experience improving finance processes -CA/CPA (or equivalent) strongly preferred -Background in renewables/energy projects is highly desirable -Experience managing teams -NetSuite knowledge preferred -Drive system and process optimisation (NetSuite experience a plus) -7–10 years’ experience in finance or accounting
