Tasks

-Set up / prepare for training classes and events -Follow up communications with agents joining our brokerage -Work closely with CEO on prospective candidates -Manage and coordinate a robust office education, training, and event calendar -Communications with prospective agents getting into the Real Estate business -Provide world-class customer service to associates and their clients -Manage the onboarding process for brand new agents and agents coming from other brokerages into the company and provide a white glove experience to each individual -Train closely with our agents with our tech platform -Facilitate the weekly office orientation to new agents -Provide world-class customer experience to all real estate associates -Produce and post social media - Campaigns and posts Ads

What You Bring

The person in this role must be able to handle a wide range of responsibilities along with being friendly and outgoing, with a strong desire to help others. They will assist the CEO with agent intake and exit processes and provide an extraordinary customer experience for all of our real estate associates. This person should be a self-starter who is comfortable taking charge with little supervision. You must be able to move with a sense of urgency to ensure they take care of their agents’ needs in a timely manner. -Experience with Google Suite, Zoom, Microsoft Office, and Canva is a plus! -Experience in or knowledge of real estate is a plus. If not, we'll teach you! -Problem Solver -Strong work ethic -Excellent communication skills -Ability to manage, organize, and execute events and multiple projects -Must be able move with a sense of urgency to ensure they take care of their agent’s needs in a timely manner -Friendly, approachable personality -Strong understanding that the agents in our office are our clients -Tech Savvy
