Tasks

-Participate in industry learning communities, including Autodesk University, as a contributor. -Manage BIM outsourcing projects to ensure quality and standards meet Parkhill requirements. -Collaborate with the Design Technology team to design and deliver BIM training programs for new and existing staff. -Partner with contractors, consultants, and other market partners to optimize BIM coordination and delivery processes. -Lead BIM orientation and onboarding sessions for new employees on Parkhill standards and workflows. -Manage BIM content libraries, including family libraries, templates, and plug-ins. -Conduct BIM software testing, evaluation, and implementation in coordination with the Design Technology team. -Develop, implement, and manage firmwide BIM standards, templates, and workflows. -Create and execute BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) on projects to ensure compliance with client and firm requirements.

What You Bring

-Minimum of 5 years of BIM-related design and/or construction experience, demonstrating progressive technical knowledge and responsibility. -Proficiency in customization through programming and scripting (Revit API, Dynamo). -Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
