As an Exhibition Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and executing exhibitions and events at Darling Harbour. You’ll liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of exhibition services, from concept to completion.

  • Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Coordinate end-to-end exhibition logistics, including scheduling, setup, and pack-down
  • Manage floor plans, booth allocations, and exhibitor communications
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and venue regulations
  • Oversee on-site operations and troubleshoot issues during events
  • Maintain accurate documentation, budgets, and timelines
  • Support sales and account managers with proposals and client presentations
  • Collaborate with design, production, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery
