Tasks

-Research, plan, design and administer building projects for clients, applying knowledge of design construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials -Responsible for mentoring junior staff or other interested colleagues in health planning practices -Provide planning, design and coordination support on projects and pursuits -Prepare health planning presentation drawings, diagrams, and narratives. -Prepare drawings and specification documents -Assist the coordination of all disciplines related to the building design and health planning.

What You Bring

-Understanding of design techniques, tools and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, prints, drawings and models -Must be capable of making client presentations -Must have knowledge and experience of healthcare architecture planning and design. -Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and flexible -Strong computer skills (AutoCAD, REVIT, Rhino, MS Office, Blue Beam) -Advanced credentials desired (e.g. ACHA, LEED, EDAC, AICP etc.) -Engage in problem solving, teamwork, critical thinking, mathematical reasoning, and visualization to create accurate and detailed drawings -Bachelor's degree in Architecture or closely related field -Master's degree in Architecture -Minimum 7 years’ experience in Health Planning -Leadership and management skills are required -Understanding of healthcare trends. -Architectural registration -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Must be willing to travel -Knowledge of materials, methods and tools involved in the construction of buildings -Bachelor’s degree in Architecture -Strong organizational skills -A minimum of 12 years related experience -Minimum 12 years experience in A/E industry.
