Tasks

-Estimate small projects including fixed price service as required in addition to large projects ranging from $100k-$1MM+. -Establish contact with prospects and qualify potential buyers of Fire Protection contracts by scheduling sales calls, following up on leads and utilizing outlined marketing strategies. -Develop a positive ongoing relationship with existing and new customers, general contractors and end users. -Close sufficient sales to exceed sales plan objectives. -Build new business associations and relationships, growing the Fire Protection Business -Determine customer needs and develop a sales strategy to gain customer understanding of company offerings.

What You Bring

-Ability to multi-task and organize work Proficient in the use of personal computers to include operating systems such as Windows / Microsoft Office / Lotus Notes -Minimum 2 years of experience in a Fire Protection industry -Technical knowledge of sprinkler systems preferred -Proven ability to work effectively with minimal supervision -Exceptional presentation, verbal and written communication skills -Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required -Familiar with reading blueprints, understanding current NFPA 13, 14, and 20 standards and local codes.
