-Extensive knowledge of project management processes, systems development methods, organizational change management concepts, and business process improvement methods -Knowledgeable of Microsoft office and MS Project tools -A minimum of 3 years IT project management experience, including management of multiple concurrent projects -Proven track record of effective teamwork and cross-functional collaboration -Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Quality Assurance or closely related field -Knowledgeable in Traditional and Agile methodologies, including Hybrid PM methodologies. -Strong verbal and written communication skills and capable of performing tasks in a dynamic environment, many times working under tight delivery schedules -Ability to manage and excel in a fast paced, frequently changing environment. -Self-starter, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision -Knowledge of project management processes, systems development methods, organizational change management concepts, and business process improvement methods -PMI Certifications: CAPM, PMP -Understanding of gathering, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements. -Experience in working with business users to establish priorities and manage expectations -Skilled in building productive relationships across teams
