Tasks

-Value Engineering: Identify scope gaps, constructability issues, and cost-saving solutions before they become problems. -High-impact, full-cycle estimating role with direct influence on project wins and profitability -Sub Management: Source, vet, and level bids from subcontractors to ensure accuracy and competitiveness. -Collaborate closely with executives and project managers on budgets, bids, and build strategy -Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with project managers, executives, and procurement to align budgets, schedules, and execution plans. -Own the Estimating Process: Lead estimating for renovation and construction projects across multiple U.S. markets. -Refine the Process: Continuously improve internal systems, tools, and subcontractor databases for efficiency and scalability. -Analyze & Quantify: Perform full-scope takeoffs, pricing, and trade breakdowns from drawings and site walks. -Contribute to Winning Work: Help prepare compelling bid packages, proposals, and GMP/lump sum budgets that secure new business.

If you’re a detail-driven estimator who thrives on clarity, accuracy, and collaboration—we’d love to talk. 📊 Experience Needed: 4+ years GC estimating, especially in commercial renovations a plus -Skilled at reading drawings, specs, and identifying risks early -Deep knowledge of construction trades, methods, and pricing trends -Detail-obsessed, solution-oriented, and highly organized -Proficient in Bluebeam, Excel, and other estimating tools -4+ years of experience estimating for a General Contractor (required) -Are you familiar with CSI formatting? If so, which divisions? -Are you able to relocate to Englewood, CO, or do you already live nearby? -Strong background in commercial renovations — multifamily, senior living, or hospitality preferred -Excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative team
