Overview

Supervises domestic electrical teams and subcontractors for social housing projects.

Tasks

-Check and sign off electrical certificates (EICR, EIC, Fire alarms) -Register jobs with Building Control and oversee subcontractor certificates -Produce monthly reports for clients and maintain compliance with GDPR and company policies -Supervise electricians and subcontractor teams on domestic properties -Work between office and site visits to ensure full compliance with project specifications -Conduct weekly site audits and provide technical support to engineers and site teams -Support junior colleagues and help develop their skills

What You Bring

-Relevant professional qualifications -Strong communication skills to present and explain technical topics -Trained Mental Health First Aiders support -Knowledge of legislation, procedures, reporting, and KPIs -Level 3 Inspection & Testing qualification 2391, 2394/2395 or equivalent -Full, clean UK driving licence -Asbestos Awareness -Competent in MS Office 365 and certification software (e.g., EasyCert/Click) -Minimum 3 years experience as an Electrical Supervisor -2382-18 Level 3 Award in Requirements for Electrical Installations BS7671:2018 -Organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Degree-level education or equivalent -ECS (Electrotechnical Certification Scheme) or CSCS card
