Overview
Lead integration of acquired tech platforms, teams, and products across CoStar Group.

Tasks
-Develop and execute integration roadmaps, timelines, and success metrics in partnership with executive stakeholders. -Assess acquired technology assets and recommend optimal approaches for consolidation, migration, or enhancement. -Mentor, coach, and develop engineering leaders and staff from acquired organizations, fostering retention and engagement. -Communicate integration progress, challenges, and outcomes to executive leadership and key stakeholders. -Champion a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within integration teams. -Work with recruiting to identify, hire, and onboard top industry talent. -Lead the end-to-end technology integration of acquired companies, including platforms, applications, data, and development teams. -Develop and maintain an in-depth working knowledge of the CRE industry and CoStar’s position in the commercial real estate market. -Coach, motivate, train, and retain “A Players.” -Project leadership on large, multi-team, multi-discipline software products. -Oversee cross-functional teams to ensure integration projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities. -Identify and mitigate risks associated with integrations. -Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to inform integration strategies and future acquisitions.

-Excellent team building, negotiation, and consensus-building abilities. -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple concurrent priorities. -Strong sense of ownership and a track record of successful software delivery. -Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams while thriving in a fast-paced, growth tech environment. -Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. -Demonstrated ability to build strong internal relationships and manage key stakeholders, including at the CEO level. -Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. -Act as a player-coach with 10+ years of industry experience managing multiple engineering teams working on multiple concurrent projects. -Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or adjacent field required from an accredited, not-for-profit college or university. -Proven track record of successfully integrating technology platforms and teams post-acquisition. -Experience managing and coaching managers and senior engineers. -Attention to detail and an ability to deeply learn complex topics and problems. -10+ years of experience leading large-scale software development and integration initiatives, ideally in a high-growth or acquisitive environment. -A track record of commitment to prior employers.
