Tasks

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of a significant civil engineering scheme, contributing to regional connectivity and development. -Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to senior management. -Contribute to value engineering and risk management strategies to ensure cost-effective project delivery. -Assist with tendering processes and provide cost advice during design and construction phases. -Ensure compliance with all legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements. -Monitor and manage project costs, including procurement, contracts, and variations. -Prepare cost estimates and detailed budgets for all aspects of the construction project. -Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to resolve commercial issues and maintain project timelines.

What You Bring

Wills Bros are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Limerick team for a road infrastructure project based in Munster. -Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., COINS MS Office, Bluebeam, MS Project software AutoCAD, -Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying or a related field (essential). -Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement methods, and cost control procedures. -3–5 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying within Civil Engineering, ideally on road projects. -Demonstrated experience in working on civil engineering projects within Ireland. -Full clean driving licence as the need to travel to project sites. -Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills. -Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
