Understand required project outcome for both UGL and our client in terms of safety, client outcomes, budget, and time
Highly developed interpersonal, relationship management and conflict resolution skills, supporting your ability to effectively liaise, consult and influence a wide range of stakeholders
Methodical and demonstrated ability to work independently, with discretion, to organise and prioritise demands, and handle complex tasks simultaneously, within a fast-paced environment
Project portfolio delivery experience in a brownfields Oil & Gas multidisciplinary capacity preferable
Strong communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels internally and externally
Minimum 8 years project delivery experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical,Power Generation industry, Waste Water or Water sectors.
