Tasks

-Process credit applications for salesmen -Process all sold projects -Call all Contractor Nation and Home Advisor leads - if unable to reach by phone and email is given, send a short email -Greet all incoming customers -Schedule and confirm sales appointments -Do courtesy reminder calls for appointments - mark customers on the route sheet with a check mark if you spoke with them and a "LM" if you had to leave a message -Process route sheets daily, including task information from prior day and reschedule any appointments listed to be rescheduled on route sheets -Enter completed repair job pictures in CRM -Process open proposals in CRM -Make deposits -Create job packets and leave in the appropriate area -Order EagleViews for next day's sales appointments -Call the homeowner to schedule roofs and other projects -Send payment links and reminders after each project -Secure mail and apply any payments from checks received -Send roof orders to the Distributor -Make AR calls -Answer all calls - make sure all calls get answered even if having to put someone on hold is needed -Facilitate the closing process of each completed project
