Tasks

-Ensure work is completed in accordance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and OSHA safety standards. -Diagnose and repair electrical issues related to panels, circuits, breakers, lighting, outlets, GFCIs, switches, and more. -Accurately complete service tickets and document repairs performed, parts used, and next steps if required. -Conduct home warranty repairs and ensure homeowner satisfaction through quality service and clear communication. -Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor while working in lived-in homes. -Maintain cleanliness and functionality of company vehicles, tools, and PPE. -Proactively identify opportunities to improve system performance or customer satisfaction. -Respond to scheduled and emergency service calls in residential homes (occupied and unoccupied). -Communicate effectively with service coordinators, homeowners, and field leadership.

What You Bring

-Ability to stand, walk, crouch, and climb ladders as part of routine troubleshooting and repairs. -Strong knowledge of NEC codes and compliance requirements. -Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. -Journeyman Electrician License (as required by state or local jurisdiction). -Requires use of company vehicle and strict adherence to driving and safety policies. -Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work with hand and power tools. -Experience using field service management apps or reporting software. -Work is performed in both new builds and occupied homes; must maintain a professional and respectful demeanor in customer-facing environments. -Recognized for high-quality workmanship, professionalism, and safety. -Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record. -Must be comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and tight areas within existing structures. -Willingness to work independently and travel to various residential job sites. -Must pass a background check and drug screening. -Requires frequent driving between job sites and homeowner residences. -Excellent customer service and communication skills. -Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Residential Service Electrician. -Demonstrated skill in electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics in residential settings.
